Parties and Events FAQs

  • It’s easy! I’ll go over a detailed intake form to find out more about your food preferences, any allergies or dietary restrictions (GF, DF, Nut Allergies), number of guests, type of event (intimate dinner for 2, bachelor party, wedding welcome happy hour, etc.) type of service you want such as a formal plated dinner or casual buffet. I will then design a menu for you and schedule you for your event date!

  • Your service includes a personally designed menu with feedback and adjustments based on your preferences, grocery shopping, cooking in your home, serving and cleanup.

  • Drop off services are not available, I cook in your kitchen using your kitchen tools. Serving dishes, flatware plates and glasses are provided for some types of service and can be rented for an additional fee if not included. Alcohol is not included in my services - I can make suggestions for wine parings or mixers for signature cocktails but I can not provide any alcohol since I do not have the appropriate licensing.

  • I offer a variety of services depending on the type of event and your vision for the event. Services are detailed on the parties and events page. Call me to discuss your specific event and we can put together and amazing experience.

  • Payments are accepted through both QuickBooks and Zelle. I will send you an invoice and you can choose to pay using a checking account, with Zelle or with a credit card (2.9% processing fee will be added to your invoice).

Deposits of 50% are taken when we book your event date. Your deposit will secure your spot in the schedule and will cover grocery shopping. The balance will be due after services are provided.

  • Timing depends on the size of the event and number of guests. I will need access to your kitchen about 2 hours before the event start time to begin preparation and get acclimated.

  • Nope. I am a personal chef. I provide a personalized experience for you and your guests at your home or the venue of your choice. I prepare food on site and serve my guests in your chosen space. I can cook for groups up to 50 depending on the menu, kitchen and additional factors.

  • They are! Hiring a personal chef for your event provides you the luxury of time. You will get to enjoy a delicious meal curated specifically for you and your guests. Think about the amount of time and effort put into hosting a party. You plan the menu, run all over town shopping, spend days and hours cooking all the food, miss out on time having fun with your guests as you toil in the kitchen and rush around serving your guests and then have to spend a late night or early morning cleaning up.
